" Delivery was fast and everything seems ok. But return process for Germany is unclear and confusing. The German description sounds like a translation from deepl. English text tells something about a return form but there was no form included in my delivery. I tried to send an email to ask for the correct process using the web form, but there is still no response. Phone has not worked, too. "

UK Standard Delivery
Your order will be delivered in between 2-3 working days.
Standard delivery is £3 for orders under £20 and free for orders over £20 on the UK mainland.

UK Next Day Delivery
Order before 5pm Monday - Thursday for Next Working Day Delivery
UK Next Day Delivery service is available for most UK Mainland orders placed before 5pm, subject to satisfactory payment security check.
For orders over £100 this is free, orders over £70 is £2 and for orders under the value of £70 the cost for this service is £6.95.

Please note Next Day Delivery orders placed after the cut off times will be delivered within 2 working days.

Next Day Delivery orders placed on a holiday will be delivered within 2 working days following the holiday

Returns
