Delivery Information

We strive to ensure our delivery information on-site is as accurate as possible, however on some occasions packages may be delayed due to factors out of our control. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Orders are dispatched 6 days a week (Sun - Mon), excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 5pm Friday or on Saturday will be dispatched on Sunday.

We will send you an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the delivery address of the order once it has left our warehouse, however, if you do need to amend your order prior to dispatch then please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will do their best to accommodate any changes. Where items have been delivered to the agreed destination it is your responsibility to return them to us in order to receive a refund.

Standard delivery

Tracked Standard Delivery is free on all UK Mainland orders over £50 and your order will be delivered within 7 working days. For orders under £50, the standard delivery option is £3.00 despatched via Evri.
Evri will send additional delivery updates by email. If you provide a phone number they will also send you an SMS to pre-advise you of the delivery time.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery

Our tracked Evri Next Day service is available on orders to most UK Mainland addresses placed before 5pm and is charged at £6.95 on orders under £70, and £4.50 for orders over £70. Evri will send additional delivery updates by email. If you provide a phone number, an SMS will be sent to pre-advise you of the delivery time. On the email/SMS from Evri, there are options to change or divert the delivery.

Alternatively, a service through DPD is available. This service is charged at £5.95 and delivery time is approximately 1-2 working days. (Working days exclude weekends). If you don’t receive your parcel within the projected timeframe after we send you a dispatch email, please contact us.

You have 30 days after receipt of a dispatch email to contact us in event of a non-delivery. Refunds cannot be made after this time.

Missing Parcels

If you don’t receive your parcel within the projected timeframe after we send you a dispatch email, please contact us. You have 30 days after receipt of a dispatch email to contact us in event of a non-delivery. Refunds cannot be made after this time.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect your parcel from one of our many store locations across the UK. This service is free and your order will be ready for collection after 10am, 2 working days after your order. When you collect your order, please bring proof of purchase and the card you have used for payment.

Please note: We are unable to refund purchases made via the website in stores.

UK - Non-Mainland Delivery

Unfortunately, not all delivery options are available to non-mainland UK addresses; this includes shipping to locations in Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands. Please see below for delivery charges for these locations:

  • Northern Ireland - £4.95. Please allow 3-7 Working Days for delivery
  • Highlands - £4.95. Please allow 3-6 Working Days for delivery
  • Channel Islands - £5.95. Please allow 3-7 Working Days for delivery
  • Isle Of Man - £4.95. Please allow 3-7 Working Days for delivery
  • UK Offshore - £4.95. Please allow 3-7 Working Days for delivery

Parcelshops

Have your order delivered to one of 4,000+ Parcelshops in the UK. This service is free on all UK Mainland orders over £50. UK Mainland Orders will arrive within 7 working days. For orders under £50, the standard delivery option is £3.00.
Evri will send additional delivery updates by email and also (if you provide a phone number), an SMS to pre-advise you of the delivery time. On the email/SMS from Evri, there are options to change or divert the delivery.

Europe/EU Delivery & Returns

We are pleased to once again offer delivery to the EU and to selected other non-EU European countries. For deliveries to Europe and the EU, please visit bensherman.de (for Germany and Poland) or bensherman.eu (all other countries).

Returning with Collect+

Please ensure you keep your Collect+ receipt as this is proof of return until the refund is made, as we cannot refund parcels that are lost in transit.

Please contact us if you haven't received your refund within 14 days of posting.

Large Orders

Please note that exceptionally large orders (those over 10 suits) may take longer to delivery due to delivery restrictions. If you require such an order on Next Day Delivery, please contact our Customer Service team who will be able to advise.
